However, please remember to disconnect the power cord from the wall before detaching the control cord from the product. Follow the instructions in the User Guide provided. If the indicator light on your controller is flashing, simply turn the controller off, unplug it from the wall outlet and from the product, wait for 30 seconds, then reconnect ensuring the arrows are properly aligned.

Sometimes, you may find that the product does not produce enough heat or does not work. In such cases, test the product by folding it and running it for 30 minutes to see if it works properly (ensure it is flat when in regular use).
